Hello, I have owned a similar item, except for the colour, for a few years to protect a T5 external SSD, including the cable, without any problem, and I supply the same one, red this time, for the same type of use (a new T7). I hope the colour will not change with time.
As for the other cases of the brand that I have bought, this one gives me complete satisfaction. A solid product, practical with its storage possibility (cable, USB key, ...), the hard disk being well protected at the side. I recommend it.
