Fixed 5G router for indoor/outdoor deployments
The Zyxel Nebula FWA70 is a fixed wireless access modem/router designed to provide Internet connectivity via mobile networks. It is intended for sites that want to quickly deploy a high-speed connection, either as a primary or backup connection, indoors or outdoors. Thanks to 5G NR Sub-6 GHz and its management via Nebula, it can be integrated into professional or residential environments that require reliable and monitorable connectivity.
5G and PoE connectivity
The FWA70 supports a 5G NR (3GPP Release 16) interface compatible with NSA and SA, with theoretical speeds of up to 7.01 Gbit/s for downloads (5G SA) and 2.5 Gbit/s for uploads. It relies on 4x4 MIMO and four integrated high-gain directional antennas (up to 9 dBi depending on the band) to enhance coverage.
The network connection is via a 2.5GbE RJ-45 port with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE power supply. Its housing is IP55 rated, and several mounting options are available (desktop, wall, window or pole).
