I bought two of them to get Wi-Fi throughout the house using the AiMesh system. I really wasn't expecting such good results. With a single router in the bedroom, I had 25 Mb/s on my phone. With two routers + AiMesh, I got up to 400 Mb/s, and with both routers in backhaul + AiMesh, I got up to 900 Mb/s. This is nothing like a repeater, which just repeats poor Wi-Fi.
