Best value for money I found to refurbish a 2013 PC. 256Go is plenty for a laptop; anyway it's not important to store data on a "travel" PC.
Write speed isn't the priority on an SSD (compared to an HDD) for an antique PC, so I took this Patriot for the price and the performance in write/ error lifecycle cycles
Delivered quickly, the SSDs come in packaging that can be opened by hand without tools or excess packaging.
Used as system disks under Linux Debian/Ubuntu, they work very well.
However, there is slightly less than 120GB of usable space (~110GB of memory).
