140 mm push-pull kit for air cooling or water cooling
The Noctua NF-A14x25 G2 PWM Sx2-PP Chromax Black is a kit consisting of two NF-A14x25 G2 PWM 140 mm square frame fans for push-pull cooling or scenarios where two fans are used side by side. The two NF-A14x25 G2 PWM fans included in the Sx2-PP kit have been tuned with a speed offset of approximately 25 rpm to reduce vibrations and cyclic humming. Such fine tuning was made possible by the eTAPERF fan motor and its NE-FD6 integrated circuit, which allow for extremely fine speed adjustment.
Highlights
- The NF-A14x25 G2 Chromax Black features a unique Progressive-Bend impeller design with Flow Acceleration Channels and winglets. Its 9 blades, which are slightly angled backwards at the hub, gradually curve outwards towards the blade tips.
- The Centrifugal Turbulator hub and its specific design improve the cohesion of the airflow in the hub area. In addition, its movement exerts a centrifugal force that pushes the air away from the hub, and therefore from the less efficient area given the low rotational speeds.
- The winglets (curves at the blade tips) reduce the vortex phenomena at the blade tips generated by pressure differences between the suction and extraction sides, but can reduce efficiency due to significant fluid displacement in high-speed areas.
- The integrated anti-vibration silent blocks, made from extra-flexible silicone, limit the transmission of vibrations while ensuring perfect compatibility with standard screws and fastening systems.
- Protected against polarity reversal, power surges and overcurrent (short circuits), the fan is suitable for use in harsh electrical environments.
- Chromax Black Edition: All-black design, customisable with optional anti-vibration pads.
