A bright and well-ventilated PC case
The AeroCool D520A is a mid-tower PC case designed to assemble a modern ATX configuration with careful airflow and simplified access to components. Its ventilated metal mesh front panel, removable dust filters and numerous ventilation slots make it a suitable base for gaming, creative work and compact workstations. It also ensures a clean installation thanks to its compatibility with motherboards with reverse connectors and optimised cable management.
Compatibility and connectivity
The D520A supports ATX, Micro ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards in a 460 x 235 x 480 mm (49 L) chassis made of SPCC steel (0.6 to 0.8 mm). It accepts a graphics card up to 400 mm (without a radiator in the front right position), a CPU cooler up to 180 mm and an ATX power supply up to 280 mm (cables included). The front I/O panel features 1 USB 3.2 Type-C port, 2 USB 3.0 Type-A ports and HD Audio & Mic jacks for everyday peripherals.
Scalable cooling
Designed around airflow, this case combines a ventilated metal mesh front panel with up to 12 fan slots. It comes with 4 x 120 mm ARGB PWM fans (3 at the front, 1 at the rear). You can supplement the ventilation with up to 3 x 120mm on the side, up to 3 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm on the top, and 2 x 120mm on the power supply cover. For liquid cooling, the top can accommodate a 120/140/240/280/360 mm radiator (optional). Removable nylon filters (front, top, bottom) simplify cleaning while limiting dust ingress.
Removable panels
The D520A is designed for easy assembly and component access: the front, top and side panels (left and right) are removable without tools. Compatibility with motherboards with reverse connectors (BTF type) helps to conceal cables behind the motherboard tray for a tidier interior. The advertised cable management space is 30 mm, which is useful for organising power supplies and cables. An optimised power supply cover helps channel air to the GPU area, and an adjustable GPU bracket is integrated to stabilise heavy graphics cards and limit sagging over time.
