    Good sound but defective product 2 times in a row

    The sound is good, the comfort is excellent but I received a factory-defective headset 2 times in a row, where the headset made very unpleasant pops quite often.

    Also, the wheel to manage the sound is not great, it is notched and to increase the volume on the device by one notch, you have to increase it by 2 notches on the headset!

    Finally, connecting the headset in 2.4 GHz is oddly difficult, you have to have the right timing to pair it properly.

    As a result, I had the headset exchanged for a G Pro X and I am very satisfied with it for the moment (apart from the rather mediocre comfort).
