The Philips DVT1170 features a dynamic 360° microphone to capture excellent sound. The high quality of this microphone provides clear sound when recording notes, conversations or meetings, at your desk or on the move.
Enjoy hands-free convenience, the voice activation feature ensures that recording starts when you speak and stops when you're silent. It's ideal for dictation and meetings. If you don't want to use voice activation, simply press and hold the record button to switch on the device and start recording immediately.
Time-stamped recording is a real plus. Easily browse through your files with built-in dates and times, helping you find specific recordings quickly.
Voice recording in WAV format and 8 GB internal memory
With the Philips DVT1170, you can capture your recordings in WAV format. This PCM (WAV) format allows you to record uncompressed, lossless stereo sound in CD quality.
Capture and store up to 88 days of continuous recording with the Philips DVT1170's 8GB internal memory. The micro SD memory card slot offers up to 32 GB of additional memory for virtually unlimited recording capacity.
Finally, the DVT1170 's battery life is extra long. Record for up to 70 hours with two AAA batteries (included), and then simply replace them - perfect for long sessions and uninterrupted recording on the move.
