Interchangeable microphones
This H5 Studio model is supplied with the XYH-5 X/Y stereo suspension-mount microphone. The H5 Studio 's 3.0 capsule system is also compatible with the SSH-6e, EXH-6e and WLM-1 microphones, which are not included. It supports 32-bit floating, giving you, the creator, more options for choosing the right mic for your recordings.
Use the powerful 20mW headphone output to monitor or play back your recordings in any environment.
Use the 3.5mm stereo LINE OUT to connect directly to a camera, easily synchronising your audio and video.
The built-in speaker has a maximum output power of 250 mW for previewing recordings on the spot.
Six tracks at up to 192 kHz
The H5 Studio captures up to six tracks (four iso tracks plus a stereo mix) at sample rates up to 192 kHz.
The two lockable XLR/TRS inputs support +48 V phantom power and +4 dBu line level. A 3.5 mm stereo jack with power supply is also available.
Use it the way you want
The H5 Studio uses 4 AA alkaline batteries for up to 15 hours of recording time. It is powered via the USB port using an external battery or an AC adapter (AC-17 sold separately).
For ideal backup of your recordings, this model accepts micro SD cards up to 2 TB.
