    Great product

    I have no complaints about the product itself, which is really great. The sound is very immersive, making you feel like you're at the cinema without wires running everywhere.
    My comments are more about the website and delivery. Given the price of the product, it was reasonable to expect free delivery, but no: £35. This encourages you to take LDLC's offer at £4.99, which is clever of them. And then there's the delivery itself: a disaster. Chronopost is full of incompetents. I didn't even get it delivered to my home. As I was temporarily unable to leave the house, I had to find someone to pick it up for me from where it had been left, even though I was obviously at home on the day of delivery.
    In short, the product is top notch, LDLC is not bad, but you could offer free shipping, and Chronopost is to be avoided.
