The Cisco CW9172H is atri-band, tri-radio, 2x2:2 Wi-Fi 7 wall access point with wired access ports, an integrated Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) radio and a scanning radio.Thanks to its tri-radio functionality on the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, the CW9172H offers reliable high-definition connectivity (frame rate up to 2.5 GHz).bit connectivity (up to 9,000 Mbps frame rate) for spaces with low to moderate device density. Flexible deployment options (cloud, on-premise or hybrid) enable seamless integration into existing networks.

The CW9172H is equipped with six integrated internal omnidirectional antennas and supports 2x2:2, 6 spatial streams with tri-band and tri-concurrent radios in the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. The CW9172H access point offers full interoperability with leading 802.11be, 802.11ax and 802.11ac clients, as well as hybrid deployment with other access points and controllers.
Designed for next-generation deployments in offices, schools, hotels and hospitals, the CW9172H offers high throughput, enterprise-grade security and simplified management. The CW9172H offers a maximum aggregate frame rate of 9 Gbps with simultaneous 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz radios. A fourth dedicated radio provides real-time WIDS/WIPS with automated RF optimisation, and a fifth integrated IoT radio provides Bluetooth scanning and beaconing. The combination of cloud management, high-performance hardware, multiple radios and advanced software features makes the CW9172H an exceptional platform for the most demanding applications, including high-density deployments and mobile devices.These include high-density deployments and bandwidth- or performance-hungry applications such as voice (Cisco WebEx) and high-definition video.
