OneUI = one notification
Being used to Motorola and AOSP, I didn't like OneUI at all. Especially when it comes to managing notifications, which is extremely simplified on Samsung: whereas an application can offer several notification channels that can be configured independently, on OneUI everything is unified by application, with a single sound for ALL notifications.
What's more, I thought it was a shame that the outer screen was so unusable. You have to rummage through the Samsung Store to find a customisation app, find the right module to install in that app and even then the possibilities are limited.
Finally, although it's a nice device, battery charging is very slow, compared to the 68W that Motorola offers on its Razr.
So I returned the product with a view to getting a Razr 60 Ultra instead... but the return never arrived.
