Very satisfied with my purchase, motivated by the welcome and advice of the people working in the LDLC centre in Hérouville.
The equipment was delivered more quickly than expected, the installation at the first start-up was carried out impeccably, a step that can perhaps be frightening, but by following the instructions everything went very well.
However, be careful not to unintentionally offend the staff during a request for information with the comments you may make (above all, do not say that they do not have all the information concerning your request). In short, this is a small parent company not to be missed.
Otherwise the staff are great, good advice and very careful to satisfy customers.
