Good product. Works well, doesn't heat up above 60°.
It's half an RTX 5090!
A little dented on arrival, but it did travel 10,000 km and was handled by a customs officer at Roissy...
Very happy with ldlc.
A monstrous graphics card. Excellent performance, controlled temperatures and premium finish.
Whether for high-resolution gaming or demanding uses, it takes it all in its stride.
Clearly a high-end model, designed to last.
It's expensive, yes... but when you see what it delivers, you understand why.
Fast turnaround times, fast and efficient team to deal with any problems. I would recommend. Quality product and excellent after-sales service.
Equipped like its little sister (5070ti) and its ancestors (4070ti 4080 and 4090) with a dual hardware encoder, I jumped at the chance to upgrade from a 3070ti to this model.
I was bottlenecked when I launched streams plus a greedy game and I had to make a compromise between performance and game quality.
Now that the 5080 has joined the 9800x3D of my last setup, I can stream my games in fullHD (max of the main platforms) while maintaining high fps and maximum quality.
Some will say that these are fake fps. Maybe they are. In the meantime, I don't notice any difference and neither do the people on the streams.
What's more, for some games, having high fps is a great advantage, I'm thinking of certain FPSs where shooting is directly linked to fps.
I haven't noticed any problems with overheating, malfunctions or anything else. Gigabyte is known for respecting NVIDIA precautions and the card is on a single block of steel which makes it durable over time.
A very quiet card that doesn't heat up to 55 degrees on average (without the extra fan) when playing games. Performance is also excellent
