TL-FC111PB-20 : Fast Ethernet WDM media converter
The TP-Link TL-FC111PB-20 is a Fast Ethernet media converter, providing a 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 port and a 100 Mbps SC fibre port, which can convert electrical and optical signals. Coupled with a TP-Link TL-FC111PA-20, it can be used to deploy fibre over distances of up to 20 km.

The TL-FC111PB-20 adopts WDM (wavelength division multiplexing) technology, enabling data to be sent and received over distances of up to 20 km using a single single-mode fibre, saving customers half the cost of cable deployment.
The TL-FC111PB-20 transmits data at a wavelength of 1310 nm and receives data at a wavelength of 1550 nm over optical fibre.Consequently, the terminal used with the TL-FC111PB-20 must send data at a wavelength of 1550 nm and receive data at a wavelength of 1310 nm.TP-Link, another media converter TL-FC111A-20 is one of the products that can cooperate with the TL-FC111PB-20.
