Pay attention to the orientation of the block.

Read the quick installation guide before buying: The hybrid fan mode doesn't work well when the power supply is in downward suction. If your case doesn't allow you to put the power supply with the fan up, I wouldn't recommend it!
I had the same problem as Manu29. When I mounted the power supply upside down.
I've reversed the block and the hybrid mode works well in IDLE. However, it still makes a bit of noise when burning.
