Fragile
The buttons are well placed; a click on the volume wheel lets you switch between four equalizer presets. The sound is decent.
They are fairly comfortable and lightweight to wear, and the ear pads fit well around the ears while keeping a reasonable bulk.
However:
- Bluetooth disconnects from time to time. You have to put it back into pairing mode and click on the headset in the list of saved devices, and it reconnects.
- To adjust the sleep timer, you have to use Corsair’s proprietary software, which must be installed on Windows and is not available on Linux...
- The build quality is disappointing. The headband broke after less than two and a half years (no drops, normal use), and the ear pads are falling apart. It lasted about as long as the warranty...
Note that I had already had to exchange the first order because there were frequent disconnections.
