Satisfied with your services but frustrated

I received my product the day after I placed my order on the website. I gave the wrong delivery address. I contacted customer service to change it. Top
Unfortunately for me, the card didn't boot on Windows with a black screen without the mouse. I tested everything and removed the processor. Nothing abnormal then after a few attempts, Maj bois, removal of peripherals etc... Still nothing. I decided to turn the card over and when I removed the processor I noticed that one pin was bent. When I straightened it I broke it. I contacted the Sav and it can't be repaired, nor is it covered by the warranty. I had to buy another one. Nevertheless, you are present, responsive and take great care of your customers. I love you guys.
