I accidentally broke the side glass so I sent a message to LDLC who replied within the day. I received a new window in less than a week. I suggest that all companies follow this example of customer service!
I received the product I expected, correctly packaged. However, the original MSI packaging was not hidden, so the package was immediately identifiable.
The 2 USBs in the case are of very poor quality and very fragile. In each port a pin bent, using a normal key and without forcing (that's how solid the pins are). This same key has never caused any problems on other USB ports! Please note that this "fault" is not supported by LDLC!
does what it is supposed to do with a good, efficient air flow I am satisfied with this purchase I recommend it if you don't want to spend hundreds of euros.
The case is well finished and does not look too cheap, the system of closing with 4 screws of the glass is on the other hand null and really not practical there are dice system better think and not necessarily more expensive ... for the remainder one has place to make the cable management and the components enter in soucis attention for the biggest configuration I am not sure that the ventilators of origin is super powerful.
