Chronopost express delivered to a relay point 4 days later, it's grotesque. Quality customer service with quick response and immediate reimbursement of postage costs.
The sound is great, even with Bluetooth. I bought these headphones so that two of me could watch series on a tablet, the quality is great and we can both connect to the same device thanks to Bluetooth 5.2.
The battery is really good, I've never had any problems, which has always been a big obstacle for me when using wireless headphones.
I'm not a big music fan, so I can't vouch for the audio quality, but the sound seems very good for what I've been able to do with them
Finally, the headphones aren't too heavy and don't strain your ears, which is nice when you're using them over a long period of time.
