Xiaomi Mi Door and Window Sensor 2 is a door and window sensor with light intensity detection. It adds extra functionality to your smart home with its high sensitivity. The Mi Home application allows you to easily add the sensor to your home automation system and then manage it with simple and customizable settings.
Monitor access to your home
The magnetic induction sensor detects the open or closed state. Once connected to the Bluetooth gateway, you can view the status of the device from your smartphone anytime, anywhere. It attaches to any item that opens or closes. You can set alerts for unexpected openings or for doors that have been open for a while.
Brightness detection
The sensor detects lighting and connects to more scenes. When the brightness sensor detects that the ambient light is low, it connects to a smart light and starts the night lighting scene upon entry.
Mi Home application
Use the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app to access automated event history. Connects to other smart devices in your home via the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app. For example, every time the cat flap is opened, a smart camera automatically records the event, uploads it to the cloud and sends an alert to your smartphone. The Mi Door and Window Sensor 2 connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth so you can see its status. It also connects to products with built-in Bluetooth gateway functionality, allowing you to remotely view status, receive open and close alerts and connect to other smart products.
