As soon as I received it, there was already a problem: the fans were making a lot of noise, it was impossible to play games and it felt like the fans were rubbing against something, and the power setting on the screen didn't really change the speed.
This device not only evacuates heat but also raises your laptop to the position I wanted.
Very satisfied
I bought it in August 2022.
The laptop area gave way after 6 months and the USB sockets have had false contacts for a while.
But when it was working well, it cooled down very well.
The phone holder was too fragile and gave way when I was trying to unfold it. No matter how fast the fans are, whether 1 or 6, they turn at the same speed. I ordered it on 5 July and today is the 30th and the button that controls the lights no longer gives any information, so it's impossible to turn them off and sometimes they only come on halfway.
Move on if you're looking for something that really works.
