    Somewhat disappointed by IRISCAN DESK 6 PRO

    Almost every photo or image shows an open book with the curves of the binding clearly marked under the scanner, which leads us to believe that character recognition works perfectly on curves. However, this is not the case; it only works for a very small amount of curvature and even then not very well, even with a very good font.
    My old Canoscan LIDE 700F with Omnipage does much better!
