The Edifier R1700BT features a 101mm woofer and a 19mm Eagle Eye dome tweeter. This 2.0 unit delivers atotal power output of 66 Watts, making it the ideal solution for intense sound. Total output power is 15W x 2 (treble) + 18W x 2 (bass) (DRC ON). Every aspect of the Edifier R1700BT has been thought through. Its minimalist appearance hides large speakers while producing boundless sound. Its wooden cabinet reduces distortion and minimizes acoustic resonance. Tilted at 10°, these bookshelf speakers will immerse you in music.

It was time to invest in this neglected part of my IT equipment.
The sound is very good and considerably improves the quality of my sessions on video and music platforms.
The remote control compensates for a lack of response to the main volume control on the Windows 11 PC.
I also use these speakers with my smartphone.
All in all, I'm very satisfied.
I'm replacing some Odyssey Lower East Side that left me after 10 years of good and loyal service. Pleasantly surprised by the richness of the sound, clear and which does not saturate even with a high volume. Full connectivity and bluetooth. The speakers are very nice with or without the grilles (which I keep to avoid damaging them).
I take off 2 stars for the remote control which is simply a shame.
It's a little piece of plastic that looks really cheap and that is unfortunately necessary to turn the speakers on or off.
Apart from that, I'm still very satisfied with my purchase!
