Hello, I selected delivery the next day before 10am and paid 11 euros more and I did not receive it the next day according to the service it is necessary to place order before 2pm so why the option delivery tomorrow before 10am is active after 2pm and pay 11 euros more for nothing, metez the option active or desactive on a specific time slot because to find or read that the orders must be placed before 2pm it is really necessary to make the tour of your site and why can we always pay 11 euros more after 2pm when we will not be delivered the next day? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to pay 11 euros to have it on Thursday but I got it on Friday when I would have received it on Friday without the 11 euro option. I call this "tricking" people and it's a shame because the product was well received and corresponds to expectations and I think LDLC is serious but on this point it's negative.
