I've been using it for less than 3 years and it's not working. I won't be buying this brand again, I'd rather put more on than change it every 2 years ....
... it's good, even very good.
But two years and FOUR months of operation, with a big FLASH and a loud electric ignition noise, isn't great.
Notwithstanding the damage to my equipment, which I haven't yet been able to see.
A brand to be avoided.
No problem, this fully modular power supply works well. I recommend this product as good value for money.

2 power supplies melted at the pci connector with a 3060ti (max 210w) single connector.
If you plan to leave your computer on all the time, don't bother, these power supplies are dangerous.

The Technical Support alert displayed on the product page does indeed recommend using a minimum of 2 PCI-E connectors from the power supply to power graphics cards with a power consumption above 240W in order to prevent the risk of overcurrent or malfunction.
If you are using a 3060ti, max. 210W, with a single 8-pin, 6+2 connector, the issue may occur if the pins are not properly inserted: only part of the cables would draw current, causing the burn mark observed. We would also like to point out that cryptomining can greatly increase the occurrence of this kind of symptom, as graphics cards and power supplies are subjected to a constant load over very long periods. The slightest shock or vibration on a poorly seated connector can trigger the incident.

I bought 8 Fox Spirit 1000W power supplies.
In 6 months the feedback I have is simply disastrous.
One was returned for a strong capacitor smell, taken in charge OK.
Three are unusable due to melted PCI-E sockets.
No support from LDLC.
They have added a note from the technical department that limits the power consumption of the PCI ports to 240W, which is low for a recent graphics card.
I have to say that this is a big financial loss for me and I regret having trusted this brand.

The symptoms described do indeed seem to come from excessive overcurrent on the PCIe connector(s). However, it is recommended to avoid Y-cables to power the same GPU: always use two PCIe power cables when the graphics card consumes 240W or more (RTX 3070 Ti and +, RX 6800 and +). In addition, always make sure that the PCIe connectors on modular power supplies are fully plugged in. Because of my activity, I am in possession of 4/5 Fox-Spirit power supplies in 850 and 1000 in Gold & Platinium including this GOLD 1000w V2 version

Easy to get for troubleshooting, a quick trip to the LDLC shop.
It's the reason why I recently bought a Fox Spirit.
Unfortunately, in less than 6 months of use, 4 out of 5 have shown me signs of fatigue: PCIE-Express cables that have melted in all directions, 2 power supplies have failed. A catastrophe...
The power supplies run 24/7 but only at 60/70% max of their power and 150/200w max per PCIE cable. One of the power supplies even failed with only 2 rtx 3070 plugged in (240w in total)!
I have Corsair / EVGA / Seasonic power supplies bought much more expensive but which have been running for more than a year without any problems at 75% of their power with 3/4 GPUs connected to them.
This shows that the low price is justified by lower quality internal components and less robust cables.
For standard use in a gamer pc, I think it will last 2/3 years without any problem, but for mining or intensive gamer use, skip it.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use HP/DELL server power supplies in combination with high-end power supplies.
