    Dead pixel

Not even a year of use and 1 dead white pixel in the middle (the white dot to the right of "customers" on the single photo).
Samsung's after sales service refuses to take care of the problem because they have decided that at least 5 dead pixels are needed to trigger their manufacturer's warranty.
This is not normal on this kind of product.
