Good product / Bad service
Good product, but to top it all off, it is impossible to subscribe to an Arlo Secure subscription in order to be able to save the images from the camera on the manufacturer's cloud. Going through an external service (HomeKit, google home, etc...) is just as laborious. The customer is forced to buy an Arlo SmartHub or a base station in order to be able to integrate it with the aforementioned systems. To top it all off, the after-sales service remains unreachable... (Note also that the sound of the intruder "alarm" is derisory).
