Effortless Gigabit networking
With transfer rates of up to 1000 Mbps over Gigabit Ethernet, the D-Link DGS-105 5-port switch is ideal for transferring files quickly. The switch supports IEEE 802.1p QoS, prioritising data, especially streaming, VoIP and online gaming. With the Kensignton security slot on the back, you can attach the unit to a table or desk.
Think Green
D-Link Green Technology saves energy and reduces heat output, extending the life of the product without sacrificing performance. IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) detects when a connected computer is turned off or when there is no Ethernet traffic to power down the port. It also detects the length of cable used on each port, and adjusts its power to use only the energy needed for proper transmission.
Environmentally friendly
The DGS-105 has been designed with the environment in mind. It is Energy Star Level V, CEC, and MEPS compliant, requiring the use of energy efficient power adapters. It is also RoHS compliant, reducing the use of certain materials, and comes with an EnergyStar Level V compliant power adapter, all in fully recyclable packaging.
