Information provided by our tech department
This motherboard is compatible with Ryzen 3000 processors and above. Ryzen 3 3200G and Ryzen 5 3400G are not supported. A BIOS update may be required for newer processors. In case of doubt you can refer to the processor compatibility list on the manufacturer's website.
The product arrived very quickly (2-3 days after order)
The box and motherboard arrived in good condition but not sealed (the motherboard protection bag had already been opened and the box was ready to open without a sealing strip like a new product).
I am very pleased with my purchase and the product works and corresponds well to the product description and expectations I had.
So there you have it, 4 stars but when the product is unpacked it would be 5 without any hesitation.

Good but strange video adapter?
I put on the card a Ryzen 5 5600X, too recent for the BIOS delivered. It was therefore necessary to flash the most recent BIOS (available on the Asus website and easily found). The problem is that without a GPU, the display port and HDMI outputs are unusable, so there is no way to see the post, nor to enter the BIOS to make any settings.
I don't know if it's a defect of the card I received, of the model, or if it's due to the fact (plausible) that the graphics part is in fact integrated to the processor, and that if the latter is not recognized, it's impossible to use it, but it's annoying. In particular, the Q-LEDs that were supposed to be there to help troubleshoot were misleading: only the DRAM and BOOT LEDs lit up. I racked my brains changing my RAM strips back and forth 15 times using the different slots, before I got the idea that it could be the BIOS version... it's worth the extra star. It's the Q-LED CPU that should have been on!
So I took out an old graphics card to get a display, entered the BIOS, flashed it, and everything worked fine. I didn't test removing the GPU to see if it works without it since then, sorry not sorry.
Good to know, I bought a 32GB (2x 16GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 LPX Series Low Profile Corsair RAM, which runs at 2400MHz by default. But the DOCP option in the BIOS allows you to get the 3200MHz and the good latencies in an instant.
I haven't extensively tested all the possibilities of the BIOS yet, but it looks pretty complete. I haven't installed the Asus utilities either.
