The KC2500 is a self-encrypting drive that supports full data protection using XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption and can work with TCG Opal 2.0 security management solutions from ISVs such as Symantec, McAfee, WinMagic and others. The KC2500 also includes support for Microsoft eDrive, a security storage specification for use with BitLocker.

Does not work within 15 days of installation.
Tried other M.2 mounts with no results.
Bad note on the product received, not the seller (waiting for after sales service of course).
Excellent, best for replacing the original ssd and doubling the capacity. I would definitely recommend.
I bought this SSD for its value for money, for use as a primary drive in a ThinkPad P14s Gen2.
Unfortunately, when I mounted the SSD, it turned out to be double sided and the motherboard didn't allow for this.
So I asked LDLC for a return, which went very well (hence my note) and bought a Samsung EVO 970pro.
I bought the Kingston KC2500 500GB M2 NVMe card in October 2021 and installed it in my laptop.
5 months later, it has just dropped out of my laptop and is no longer working. It has broken down! I can't believe it! :(
10/10 for LDLC, for the quality of the service. The price was right at the time of my purchase. 10/10 for Kingston. I bought these SSD's for caching on a Synology DS920 NAS, they are recognized directly and allow me to gain in performance on reading and writing small and large files.Very happy with my purchase
