When talking to your teammates, a flexible microphone with ambient noise reduction is your best friend. In addition, a small control integrated into the cable groups together various buttons via which you can control most of the important settings.
A vibration system further enhances immersion by providing a good response to various in-game events. But performance isn't everything, and comfort must also be sufficient. The CH55 weighs only 270g, which makes it very comfortable to wear. The headband is adjustable and the ears are comfortable thanks to the leatherette covering. The headset is great. Good sound. Very good microphone. One star less because the rgb does not turn off when it is plugged into a powered usb port even when the pc is turned off. USB power supply to cut in the bios.
The sound quality is superb! The 7.1 (3D) sound and vibrations are very nice. The microphone sends back a clear sound and the bass is well felt. The immersion is successful!
The RGB LEDs are not customisable.
Two negative points however: the integrated sound control is digital (it directs the sound directly to the computer) and the minimum is too loud for a minimum (volume 2 on Windows 10) and sometimes this is annoying. There are no adjustments possible on this point in the provided application other than turning everything down on the equalizer. Also during long sessions, the ear cushions are a bit annoying (but that must be related to the shape of my ears and not the cushions).
Very good headphones overall but a bit expensive I think because the interface provided is a bit sober and the sound adjustment could be improved. Also, lights indicating whether the 7.1 surround and vibration are activated would be nice.
