Once arrived at the meeting, between the taxes (since we pay it tax free with you), your shipping costs which was a little expensive too .. and the deliveryman who taxes a lot .. the helmet came back to me at almost 280 €.
But on the other hand arrive very quickly and well packed!

It's been about a year and a half since I bought the headset and I'm not at all disappointed, the sound works very well and so does the microphone, even after hours of intensive gaming

Comfortable, stable, good sound, great mic. Just sometimes my mic doesn't detect my voice I have to tap on it to get it to work. Otherwise perfect
I put this note because I just saw that you were 14.95 eur more expensive than the Corsair site I find it shameful to raise the prices so much .....
Very good quality, however wearing the headphones for several hours gives us an earache. For the price this is not very good.

Cons:
- Foam too narrow, the ears stick easily to the speaker (becomes unpleasant on long listening) ;
- Problem of sound support (If the headset turns off while listening, if you plug it back in you have to quit and restart the application) ;
- Sizzling when no sound is emitted/listened to;
- Problem with sound level, very very loud sound despite setting the general volume to 8 / 100 via Windows. May depend on Config?
To know that the ¨problems are known to CORSAIR but still unresolved since January 2020...

But Corsair or did you have the head?
The design side, robustness, RGB, ok, we feel that it is the Christmas tree side that they have worked well on this headset.
But in gaming use 2 things are essential:
- Comfort
- Quality
And that's where the problem lies!
Comfort : The helmet rests on the top of your head with a uniform surface, neither soft nor hard, the leather is very soft, but the weight of this device crushes your skull and it becomes very quickly uncomfortable, count 1 or 2 hours before feeling this great discomfort which will make you take a well deserved coffee break to rest your precious scalp instead of helping you to master the killfeed during marathons of several hours...
Quality: The sound is saturated, ALL THE TIME, and I tried all the pre-settings provided with the management software which is still a pain in the ass, welcome back in 2014, still no progress on the brand's selfcare apps, I'm talking about ICUE which is still not very rich in settings. For example, you can't adjust anything on your microphone except the voice volume. It seems that the brand's highest end headset is not expensive enough to have access to proper microphone settings.
For my situation, general volume on 22/100 on a strix scar 2 of Asus, as much to say the sound in weak, and one attends has cracklings worthy of your R19 with the volume with full with each explosion in game, passage of hélico etc, brilliant for players FPS!
I can't wait to read that I'm the only one in this situation and that it's a problem with my headset but I'm seriously despairing.
I had a Vengeance 2100 from Corsair which held up very well (about 4 years) so I decided to change for this one and I am very satisfied for the moment I have had it for 4 days, it fits very well, very comfortable, very good autonomy about 20 hours. The sound quality is very very good, it's clearly its strong point, the microphone is not the best but it does its job without worries, I recommend the product.
I would recommend this product. 150 euros would have been a better price, but I recommend it all the same.
I've been using it for a while now and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy it.
