It's cheap for an RGB, it doesn't make any noise.
It must be controlled by a Corsair box to get the LEDs.
Be careful it's not a 4 but a 3 pin contrary to the description.
Good product that adds colour without breaking the bank! (And makes wind incidentally :))
Once mounted, it is really quiet.
Be careful though, for the RGB you will need a CORSAIR controller otherwise it will be impossible to make the connection correctly.
