    Installation problems

I first returned the device to the shop (Version 2 of 9TUH), because I thought the device was faulty, but in fact it was a problem with the quality of the TP-LINK driver, which I think was badly tested by this company.
    My PC would disconnect from Wi-Fi on start-up (Win 10 64bit version). Sometimes it was impossible to connect. I tried everything: installing the oldest drivers on the TP link site, switching to a Win 7 64-bit PC, USB 2.0 or 3.0, but no improvement. My PC froze on restart;

So I searched the Net and found "THE" solution. I replaced the TP-LINK drivers with the drivers for the Realtek 8814U chip installed in the adapter ( Version: 1030.44.0106.2023 (27 April 2023) ) and bingo, it works like a charm (download address below for those interested).

If TP-LINK could avoid making us buy expensive items with unfinished drivers and take us for Beta testers, it would be nice.
I give them 2 stars for that.

Easy to install. High, stable flow rate.

This product has enabled me to re-centre my fibre box in relation to the points of use in the building.
It has enabled me to use my main computer workstation flawlessly without having to worry about the original network cable.

I also appreciated the reimbursement of transport costs for urgent deliveries, before ten o'clock the next day, without any discussion, following Chronopost's institutionalised failure to honour its commitments.

This was exemplary behaviour, which is rare these days, when suppliers frequently pass the buck to a carrier who thinks they are untouchable (not in the Indian sense of the term).

    Thanks again to LDLC

    Perfect

Highly efficient equipment for sharing a remote fibre connection
What's more, it's very easy to install (although you'll need an internet connection to download the driver).

picks up wifi where my old key didn't work properly

2 concrete walls to cross, and my old ACER usb wifi key was not working well: youtube was often paused and videos were in low definition. With this new TP-LINK device, no more problem: I can receive without problem. The drivers were found on the official website, I did not use the CD. I use the dongle on its support, the extension cable is long enough. And the whole thing is plugged into a USB3 port, of course.

Very good product, easily adaptable to Ubuntu (Linux)

This product is recently available for use under Linux. On Windows, installation requires the use of the disk provided in the box. It works very well on both OS.
Funny note: the blue LED blinks under Linux, but not under Windows 10!

    Good product

Delivered in quality packaging, the product inspires confidence from the start.

Installation was trouble-free and it worked just as well despite the long distance to the router.

The stand is very stable and allows for ideal positioning.

The only (small) fault is that the blue LED remains fixed regardless of the traffic status. And if it flashes, it is when there is no connection.

    excellent product

    No problems with delivery.
    No problems with the installation.
I did not use the CD supplied, I installed it from the TP Link website to make sure I had the latest driver, I used WPS and it recognised the 5G
The 5GHz wifi is excellent (orange fibre box)
    Very good value for money

    A crazy flow and

I was looking for a better performing adapter for my fixed PC located in a room, quite far from the box (Livebox Play) and separated by several walls. Previously I had a 150Mb which was struggling at 3-4Mb/s, and attenuation at -60.

After installing the T9UH, the speed peaks at 22Mb/s, averages around 18-19Mb/s and attenuation is below -55!

    Two small drawbacks:
    - the cable from the base is a bit short (my previous TP Link WN722N adapter had almost double the cable!!), but the attenuation is better anyway!
    - even on an updated Windows 10 you need the driver CD... and Linux support is obviously not on the agenda according to what I could read while searching :/

So, very satisfied for my use case, but be careful!
