I coupled this heatsink with a low power processor (Pentium Gold G5400) for the design of a mini-server (NAS, web...) and it fulfils its role perfectly.
The size is similar to the official Intel ventirad (in width but a little higher) which makes it very suitable for small cases like mini ITX (remember to take into account its height).
On the performance side, here is a quick measurement to give an idea:

- Internal sensor of the CPU at rest: 33°C
- Internal CPU sensor under load: 41°C
The temperatures are very good considering that the CPU is only cooled by the ATX power supply fan (placed in the intake just above).
In full-passive, it will be necessary of course to foresee a very good ventilation of the case.
