For over a year now, we've been struggling to find out why my son's PC keeps rebooting: we've changed the ram, the graphics card, etc., and it keeps rebooting...
But once we'd changed the power supply for another brand with the same power, no more worries....
The THERMALTAKE SMART RGB 700W is a good power supply that operates silently. Its only fault is that it's not modular, but at that price you can't have everything.
The product is as described and works perfectly for my new installation.
And I don't know what else to add ac the minimum character :D
alim excellent, for its value for money. 700w at this price with such a good quality, it's beautiful. now it's true that it makes a little noise when you start to boost the pc a little
The power supply renders voltages and power correctly, the RGB is fun with the button on the back. Problem: I ordered it for a mid-tier PC, and the noise under heavy load is absolutely INSUPPORTABLE! (89dB).
Do not use it if you have a PC that respects itself. Otherwise... It's up to you.
After only two weeks the fan sounds like a coffee grinder. But the RGB lights work perfectly... :-(
I made the choice to buy this power supply because I find it to be a good value for money for a pleasant performance and use.
Unfortunately it does not excite a full modular model but this is not a problem when our box has space.
And I find that it makes almost no noise.
Works perfectly. The cables are small and well organised. Nothing bad to say... and we arrived in 2 days in the middle of a lockdown in April 2020, hats off to you!
