We received the thermal printer, and managed to use it easily. It is fast and efficient. I did not understand in the description that you would need to buy specific Brother labels. The printer is very easy to use, and I was able to use it very well. The printer is very fast and efficient. But they are much cheaper. I am very disappointed that we are not going to use it.
