The delivery time was very fast and nothing to complain about.
2 negative points however:
- the seat is far too firm. I hope I'll get used to it in the end
- The bars on which the wheels are attached are too short, so you can't easily put your feet on them.
Very satisfied with almost everything, i.e. delivery time, correct condition of the package, and the contents in perfect condition.
The only downside was that the delivery man refused to go up to the 3rd floor, supposedly because he had too many customers to deliver to. He was 3 times my size and I would have gladly helped him, it took literally 2 minutes of his time. But he didn't want to know anything, so I had to strain my back carrying this relatively heavy and cumbersome package all alone.
The product is great, I recommend it!
Simple and effective, the seat does its job and for the price it is clearly a good investment!
The red colour gives an aggressive side without being too flashy! What more could you ask for?

This chair meets my expectations.
-Perfect packaging.
-Easy to assemble (no need to read anything, just follow 3 drawings :-) ).
-The weight and materials used are probably very solid.
-Comfortable
-The head goes up high enough. I'm 5'7" and still have room to grow.
-The seat is not soft but it is what is needed for good ergonomics and durability.
The seat is not soft but it is what is needed for good ergonomics and durability. If I had to say something negative it would be the tilting of the seat, despite having set the lowest sensitivity, you have to "force", "push" to tilt, and it does not stay in the back position naturally.
As for the solidity over time, we'll have to wait and see, I'll be sure to change my opinion if it evolves. At this price, we can expect many years of use without any problem (as low quality seats last more than 10 years without any problem :-) )

Very good quality and comfortable seat; you can lie on it without it turning over (thanks to its weight and quality manufacturing), it doesn't creak, it doesn't squeak, it doesn't slip, add the rubber wheels for parquet and you're in heaven! The cushions allow you to avoid back or neck pain, if you spend hours every day in front of your screen, it's a must have!
Very good quality gamer chair, 2 day shipping. It's just great. I've been using it for a while now, and it's a very nice chair. In short I recommend it.
