Far from the quality advertised as being specially designed for servers. Yes, the cooling is ok, BUT the fans tend to make too much noise when rubbing against their own armature. The double bearing is not at all up to scratch.
This fan, installed as a replacement for a basic Corsair fan by default in the case, does the job nicely.
Paradoxically or strangely, this fan is much quieter than the "F12 PWM PST CO" (i.e. exactly the same but in 12 cm) that I bought at the same time, and which makes a slight unpleasant frictional noise.
I wonder if the products are "finished" in the same way in this range of Artic, and I therefore put half the score, because I suspect that some people fall on good series, and others on bad.
Not wanting a bling bling united color fan, I opted for these.
They are perfect. I have two in the front, they are quiet.
I just had a bit of trouble with the screws and the screw threads on the fan slots. Not very smooth. The advantage is that it doesn't vibrate at all...
I wanted to replace some lighted fans. No more 'light and sound' show when I switch on my PC.
Very easy to fit and supplied with screws. The whole thing is no noisier than before and my PC selects the fan speed according to my usage. (Silent/Standard/Performance/Full Speed)
