Additional information: The height of the keyboard in the seated position is 5 cm above the surface of the desk. To achieve the ergonomic position, the seat of the office chair must be higher. In my case, this is about 13 cm higher than the high position of the office chair. Hence the need for a cushion and a footrest.

    Satisfied

The product is what I was looking for: to work standing up without having to make a revolution and to keep the work space when I am not using the computer. In other words, I did not want an electric standing desk.
With this product, I was able to keep my desk from a famous Swedish brand. I was a bit worried because the whole thing is very heavy. In the end, the particleboard top holds without any problem (phew).
For standing work, it is well designed.
However, when seated, the keyboard/mouse set is 13 cm above the normal surface of a desk. So, unless you have/find an office chair with a plunger that carries you aloft, it is not possible to have the ergonomic sitting position without sitting on a cushion. For me, it's a yoga cushion that I recycled (+ footrest of course!)
And you have to pay extra: wireless keyboard and mouse (cables too short for wired systems and not practical when you move the Ergotron), long cables (screens, USB plug to have the USB key at the keyboard - computer tower further away by definition).
Also provide an ergonomic mouse. The surface to move the mouse is necessarily very limited when there are two screens. The mouse can also fall down. This reduces the range of movement, which makes the mouse more tense and for me a painful elbow quite quickly.
And it's a double whammy if you're left-handed. You have to buy the ergonomic wireless mouse separately as there is no wireless screen + ergonomic mouse for left-handed people.
In the end, this means a bigger budget than just buying the Ergotron and a sitting position requiring adaptations.
But for a year now, the quality of work has been much better and for me it is worth the expense. I work for a long time (or even longer) without back pain and more efficiently.
