    Quality service...

    A quality service for a quality product. After breaking a new screen because it was placed on a shelf that was shorter than the screen stand, I needed a monitor arm. Having bought a second screen as well as the previous one, this support was on the shelves at a very attractive price. Reassured by the sales assistant about the weight it could support, it ended up in my hands.
    This isn't my first experience of LDLC, and it certainly won't be my last.

    Don't be choosy about the price

    In fact, for the price, it really does make coffee.
    Installation is simple, the product is robust enough to hold screens of the weight indicated, all the necessary tools are supplied... Nothing to complain about.
    Now, if you're a bit of a pain, the rotating support on one of the two screens isn't strong enough. The slightest jolt causes it to tilt slightly (really, it's only slight) to one side. So yes, I could glue the edge of this screen to the edge of the other screen, they'd be fixed and it wouldn't move, but personally I'm going to get another one :)
