    FPS game user

This mouse pad glides relatively well, at least better than the Razer goliathus speed. It is big enough for big gestures and exceptional flick shots. However, compared to the Razer mouse pad, this one will chip your finger and wrist (a point to be careful about for use > 3 hours)

A good mat with a quick glide but only when it is flat

The whole thing is very high quality (no visible stitching and clean), it adheres well to the desk, and the surface offers a quick glide, without mouse dropout, with a feeling more like a rigid mat than a fabric. I would recommend it to gamers with low mouse sensitivity, or for those who like to have very little friction between their mat and their mouse.

However, I regret the curvature of the mat when it comes out of the box, probably caused by the rubber materials that took the shape of the mat when it was rolled up. It is impossible to lay it completely flat, and therefore unusable (or at least very annoying) when new.

So, I advise you to put it flat and place two heavy objects (dictionary etc.) at the end so that it can take the ideal shape. Once done, the mat expresses its full potential.

Satisfied overall. It's a great mat and surely one of the best in the speed category, it's just a shame to find this curvature defect out of the box, especially since at this price, one expects a usable "day one" mat.

BenQ Zowie has already done more serious work, especially in the field of E-sport devices. The G-SR doesn't have this problem out of the box, but offers a less speedy glide, and its surface is more like a fabric. Two different approaches to choose from, depending on your preferences.

    Perfectible

I've been wondering for a long time why most professional CS:GO players use the Zowie EC1/2-A but keep their Razer Goliathus mats... I finally found the answer.

This mat has a grainy surface that looks more like a hard mat than a micro fibre mat. It's still a very good surface (speed), but I personally prefer the microfiber, which is softer and more pleasant, even if it wears out faster.

Because of this rigid surface, the mat has kept two bad folds on the left and right side, and you can feel the mouse scraping as soon as you get close to the edge. Also because of this, the mat adheres less to the desk than it should and ends up slipping a bit.

Despite this major flaw it is a quality mat, the stitched edge has a double seam, which will prevent it from fraying in the long run.

A very good mat, but not as good as a Goliathus or Taito. 4/5.

    Use of FPS

For those who wonder how the glide is on this mat: it is slightly faster than the Qck.
I have to see the resistance to wear (I changed my Qck every 2/3 months).
The material is less noisy (it glides better) but rubs more on the hand (if your hand or forearm touches the mat).
I've been using it for a while now, but it's a very good mat that seems to be well made (zowie what).
