After replacing the original drum which was tired, we installed this new product from the manufacturer.
And now the printer asks us to replace the drum?
Who is screwing up? The printer bought from LDLC 3 years ago or the drum bought from LDLC?
What should we do? Buy a new printer for 150€ or a new drum for 75€?
a print defect is marked three or four times per printed sheet just after a few days of use
