despite a high CFM, this fan makes very little noise at full speed.
It completely meets my specifications.
Well ... You pay the price though, but Noctua is really in the top of the range (if not in the first place) of powerful and silent fans.
I ordered three Ventilos to put in my Fractal box.
I was looking for the efficiency and silence of Noctua. As far as efficiency is concerned, nothing to complain about, they blow like the wind and run perfectly in PWM mode.
On the other hand on the silence it is not really that. Pass the 900 trm and you can hear them working. I thought by taking this brand that I would necessarily have the know-how of the brand in terms of silence.
But well, they are made for servers so... They cool my case well.
Well packaged, strong cable.
Almost 10 degrees less at the target location.
Negligible noise.
Nothing to complain about :)
