I tried to use this cable to connect an old MacBook pro to my TV, but it didn't work, probably more because of my skills than because the cable worked properly, as the image (only the wallpaper) was coming through fine on the TV screen.
For the other cable, it's OK.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the cable, the delivery is fast and the price is very good. It's hard to tell, it's a cable, it works.

With the hindsight of the past months, I wonder about the conformity of such a product with the law on data processing, files and freedoms:
In the context of the playback of a video showing people with a soundtrack specific to the moment filmed by a camera, is the "lawfulness of personal data", insofar as we would consider the right of people to appear with their respective voices in the video, fully respected? The DVI-D socket does not transmit sound to the monitor, whereas the HDMI socket does.
But maybe I'm getting off track... @ Christophe.
For a generic, it's not bad... It does what it has to do...
