Excellent product but a bit expensive...

Ordered for a tetraplegic person. This product is the only one that has the ergonomics necessary to allow him to use a computer. The only drawback is that it has taken 40% in the space of 34 months, the last one having given up the ghost 10 months after the end of the guarantee. I've been ordering from LDLC.com for over 20 years now, and I'm very pleased with the service and availability of the products.

    Good product but...

    Hello,
I share the positive opinions already expressed. I also share a certain reservation for the scroll wheel which is not always very pleasant to use with the risk of pressing one of the buttons during the rotation.

I have a big negative point to report and which I will have to check about the Kensington software allowing to configure the mouse, I think that it is responsible for a serious malfunction of my computer with sudden shutdowns and automatic restarts! I haven't had any more problems since I uninstalled this software and let Windows manage this device. The problem may be due to the simultaneous use of a DELL optical mouse because I noticed that the settings imposed by the Kensington software did not seem to suit this mouse (its pointer was very slow on the screen compared to the Trackball).
Since uninstalling the software, I can use both mice at the same time without any problem and I find it convenient (one mouse on each side) to divide the work of both arms.
