Vertical mouse and trackball in one
The Trackball Vertical Mouse is a hybrid mouse that belongs to the family of trackballs with a trackball, while at the same time borrowing the codes and shape of a vertical mouse. It has all the buttons of a traditional mouse: right click, left click, scroll wheel (clickable) and navigation buttons (previous/next). It features a 90° pronation angle to reduce strain on the carpal tunnel, a source of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).
The Trackball Vertical Mouse will be perfect for precision tasks and confined workspaces, but will also be suitable for people with varying degrees of hand sensitivity who want to reduce and optimise their movements. This applies in particular to people who are unable to move their hand on the work surface, but also to people with disabilities (reduced hand mobility).
A range of possibilities
The wireless Trackball Vertical Mouse has a built-in rechargeable battery. It can be connected to any device with a USB port and/or Bluetooth technology, respectively via a 2.4 GHz USB receiver or via Bluetooth BT3/BT5. Thanks to its design, this vertical mouse also benefits from the advantages of a trackball. It incorporates a sphere of control at thumb level, controlling the movement and direction of the cursor.
Like all trackballs, it does not move on the work surface and remains immobile and stable: an ideal tool for confined workspaces! The hand remains rested on the mouse throughout its use, and all the adjustment movements needed to control and direct the cursor are concentrated in the thumb. Thumb movements are the only ones that actuate the trackball, concentrating and optimising them within a small range of action.
The Trackball Vertical Mouse has been designed to bring the precision, control and sensitivity of the pointer as close as possible to the user, at the tip of the thumb, while leaving the hand resting on the mouse, immobile and stable. This key layout leads to shorter distances between buttons and minimises finger muscle tension.
