You have returned your equipment after having followed the return instructions indicated in the email you received, and you would like a follow-up on this return? You can first check the arrival of your package to our carriers by tracking it on Colissimo tracking (ou le suivi spécifique du transporteur choisi pour l'expédition). Nous vous confirmerons à notre tour la bonne réception de votre colis 24 à 72h après son arrivée effective dans notre centre logistique.

The closing of your return file will also trigger an automatic email to inform you of the outcome of your request.

For your information:

A classic warranty file is processed within 10 working days on average;
A file concerning one or more items requiring testing is processed within 15 working days on average;
A file concerning an item that needs to be returned to the supplier/manufacturer can take 2 to 4 weeks to process.
