Refunds & follow-up

How long does it take to get a refund?
We undertake to refund you within 14 days from date of your request. An average time of 5 to 8 days (after a request for cancellation of an order, or after receipt of the parcel in the case of a withdrawal) is generally observed.

What form does the refund take?
Whenever possible, refunds are made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction. Only orders paid by virtual card (E-Card), due to technical constraints, are refunded by bank transfer.
